The pocket spring system consists on cylindrical hardened steel springs covered with highly resistant fabric and soldered with ultrasounds. All units are made by joining the springs together using a new fixating technique.

Spring Mark uses wires of different gauges in the manufacture of this system, from 1.35 mm to 2 mm, allowing for different degrees of resistance, working in the entire body in an adequate way for each person, even with different weights. The independent action of each pocket spring gives a big feeling of comfort and firmness, providing a better support for the body.
